For more than 100 years now owned by the Faber-family. Attractive restaurant and pleasant café / lounge. Favourably located in the North for day trips to the city of Groningen and the West Frisian islands or Germany. At a stone's throw from the Zuidlaren Lake and the Meerwijck recreation area.
The cosy restaurant has a menu and wine list with a wide choice from various specialities. Whether a quick business lunch or an extended dinner you can always visit this restaurant. We also have a small menu with "light" lunch dishes and plate service.
The à la carte at the Hotel Faber is entitled to his best.
Let the chef-cook surprise you with his culinary variations and the ever-changing seasonal specialities. There is also the famous "steak of the week" and "fish fillet of the week". Each week another steak or fish fillet. The excellent wine list ensures that an appropriate combination of wine to each dish will not be missed.
